Air conditioners use about 6% of all the electricity produced in the United States, at an annual cost of about $29 billion to homeowners. As a result, roughly 117 million metric tons of carbon dioxide are released into the air each year.

According to the Department of Energy, a Whole House Fan can replace the use of an AC unit most of the year in most climates. If everyone in the country lets me do my job, it could reduce costs up to $7 billion and reduce greenhouse gas emissions equal to removing 10 million cars off the road annually.
